Thabit Preorder Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 2026
By placing a preorder for Thabit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Pre-Release Product
Thabit has not yet been commercially released.
Any product images, renders, prototypes, demonstrations, specifications, descriptions, features, or estimated timelines shown on our website or marketing materials may represent a pre-release version of the product.
The final product may differ in design, materials, components, features, functionality, performance, packaging, or specifications.
Thabit reserves the right to modify, improve, delay, suspend, or discontinue the product or any of its features where reasonably necessary for development, manufacturing, safety, regulatory, or commercial reasons.
2. Preorders
A preorder represents your intention to purchase Thabit before its general commercial availability.
A preorder does not guarantee:
- A specific launch or delivery date
- Final product specifications or features
- Product availability
- Compatibility with any particular third-party device
- Any particular health or wellness outcome
Any estimated launch, manufacturing, shipping, or delivery dates are estimates only and may change.
If payment is not collected during the preorder process, submitting a preorder does not constitute a completed purchase and does not authorize Thabit to charge you at a later date without appropriate payment authorization.
3. Not Medical Advice
Thabit and the information provided through our website, advertisements, surveys, social media, and other communications are not substitutes for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Thabit does not provide medical advice.
Nausea and dizziness can have many different causes. Individuals experiencing persistent, severe, unusual, or unexplained symptoms should seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Do not delay or disregard professional medical advice because of information provided by Thabit.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Individual experiences may vary.
Thabit does not guarantee that the product will prevent, eliminate, treat, cure, or reduce nausea, dizziness, motion-related discomfort, pregnancy-related symptoms, gaming or VR discomfort, or any other symptom or medical condition.
Any testimonials, survey findings, demonstrations, research references, prototypes, user experiences, or other statements regarding potential benefits do not guarantee that another user will experience the same results.
Unless expressly stated following applicable regulatory requirements, Thabit should not be understood as a medical device intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a disease or medical condition.
5. Pregnancy and Other Health Considerations
Pregnancy-related nausea or dizziness may have different causes and may require professional medical assessment.
Pregnant individuals, individuals with existing health conditions, and individuals using implanted or wearable medical devices should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before using Thabit if they have concerns about whether the product is appropriate for them.
Any warnings, contraindications, instructions, and safety information provided with the final product must be followed.
6. Product Use and User Responsibility
Users are responsible for using Thabit according to all instructions, warnings, intended-use information, and safety guidance provided with the product.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Thabit is not responsible for injury, loss, damage, or adverse effects resulting from:
- Misuse or improper use of the product
- Failure to follow instructions or warnings
- Unauthorized modification or repair
- Use with incompatible products or accessories
- Use outside the product's stated intended purpose
- Continued use after experiencing an unexpected or concerning reaction
Users should discontinue use and seek appropriate professional advice if they experience concerning or unexpected symptoms.
7. Product Changes, Delays & Availability
Because Thabit has not yet been commercially released, product specifications, features, appearance, manufacturing plans, pricing, and expected availability may change before commercial release.
Delivery may also be affected by testing, manufacturing, certification, regulatory requirements, supply-chain issues, product improvements, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Thabit may postpone or cancel the release of the product where reasonably necessary.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights available to customers under applicable consumer protection law.
8. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
Any applicable price, taxes, shipping charges, payment requirements, cancellation rights, and refund conditions will be displayed or communicated as part of the applicable purchase process.
Where payment has been collected, refunds, cancellations, replacements, and other remedies will be handled in accordance with the applicable purchase terms and mandatory consumer protection requirements.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any cancellation, refund, warranty, replacement, or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Thabit and its founders, team members, employees, contractors, affiliates, representatives, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from or relating to the website, preorder process, product, or use or inability to use the product.
Where liability may lawfully be limited, Thabit's total aggregate liability relating to a preorder will not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer to Thabit for that preorder.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Customer Research & Information
As part of the preorder experience, we may ask questions about situations in which users experience nausea or dizziness, such as during car travel, boat travel, pregnancy, gaming, or virtual reality.
These responses may be used for customer research, product development, market validation, analytics, segmentation, and improving Thabit's products and services.
Responses to these questions do not constitute a medical diagnosis and will not be used by Thabit to provide medical advice.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.
11. Third-Party Products
References to Apple Watch, smartphones, VR headsets, gaming systems, or other third-party products do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation unless expressly stated.
Thabit does not control third-party products, software, services, or platforms and cannot guarantee continued compatibility with them.
12. Intellectual Property
All Thabit branding, names, logos, product concepts, designs, graphics, photographs, videos, prototypes, website content, and other intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Thabit unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without appropriate authorization.
13. Privacy
Personal information collected through the Thabit website and preorder process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.
Where required, users will be provided with appropriate information and choices regarding cookies, analytics, advertising technologies, and the processing of personal information.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer or other legal protections that cannot lawfully be waived or excluded.
Any dispute will be subject to the competent authorities or courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
15. Changes to These Terms
Thabit may update these Terms to reflect changes to the product, preorder process, business operations, or applicable legal requirements.
The version applicable at the time of a preorder will apply to that preorder, subject to applicable law.
